Trump’s Decision On Western Sahara Will Be Carefully Reviewed
The new US administration will conduct a careful review of Trump’s decision to recognize Western Sahara as part of Morocco, the American politician and diplomat John Limbert said in an exclusive interview with Echorouk.
John Limbert added that what happened is a change in Washington’s long-term position, confirming that the decision will be reviewed.
“The new US administration is professional and will use structured diplomacy that includes listening and understanding all parties opinions”, he explained.
Limbert described the relationship between the United States and Algeria as very strong, based on a long friendship between peoples, recalling the American support for Algeria during the liberation revolution, and the assistance provided by Algeria in liberating the American hostages in Tehran in 1981.
“The two countries should strengthen relationships at the economic and cultural level, even if there are some political differences, which is normal, and it is possible to maintain good relationships even if there is a political disagreement.
