1500 illegal immigrants to be deported in two weeks from Italy
Italian Interior Minister, Roberto Maroni, said Monday the Italian government will take new measures in order to combat illegal immigration saying it is threatening the security and stability of Italy on the bases of the statements by the Italian Defence Minister, Los Angelos, to the Italian News Agency, who said it is getting more dangerous because Italy has become a non safe country after the series of illegal immigrants who live in its streets that are mostly tourist places, and who belong to criminal gangs.

Maroni said, according to the Republic, government fears problems among these illegal immigrants inside the detention centres, as happened in Lampeduza detention centre, confirming that new stringent measures will be taken in the coming six months in order to deport 1500 illegal immigrants to their countrie, including more than 200 Algerians and 120 Tunisians, as well as Libyans and other Africans.
