300 jihad nasheeds under security surveillance
At least 300 nasheeds are posted in 1,500 jihadist websites. Originally, they were poems against the communist, Zionist and American occupation of the Islamic lands. Now, they are used to trigger conflicts among Muslims, a new study finds.

The nasheeds are accompanied with sound of suicide bombs carried out in Muslim countries but not occupied.

The study was conducted by Arab countries’ security forces as part of coordination to fight terrorism. It said the nasheeds incite Muslims to fight each other in the name of jihad. “Even those who do not believe in the bloody ideas, they are becoming addict to those nasheeds.”

According to the same source, most of the lyrics appeared in determined historical and geographical circumstances but its music changed in form and objective. They are different from former religious songs in the Arab and Islamic world which were meant to sensitize people.

“The nasheeds mentioned in the black list focus on photo edititing to influence people’s emotions,” says the study.

One of those nasheeds is untitled ‘In War, We Are Fearless Lions.’

The study focuses on ways to put an end to psychological factors which fuel fighting spirit and encourage bloody acts. “Those factors create unwillingly a jihad conviction in the name of religion.”
