6 Algerian illegal immigrants died at sea.

Six Algerian clandestine immigrants last Friday perished at sea while trying to reach the Spanish shores from their home town Mostaghanem (western Algeria), while two others have been rescued by fishermen and transferred to the nearest hospital to receive medical cares following their deteriorating health conditions, local sources revealed.

• Bad weather conditions and rough sea ruined the eight adventurers’ chances to reach their final destination in Spain after planning their departure from Sidi Mansour shores Thursday night.

• The group of young men whose ages do not exceed 25 braved the sea for 5 hours on, an obviously unfit boat, before succumbing to mother nature taking away six of them, while two were miraculously recovered by a sardine-boat.
