A one-year program to help Algerian illegal immigrants start a brighter life in Algeria

The Head of the Algerian association called «Loving the South », also member of the United Nations Development and Immigration program, Zahra Sahli, is to present Saturday, during a press conference at the national institute for the higher training of young people, proposals for concrete solutions and interventions as answers to a category of Algerian youngsters through an unprecedented awareness-raising program for the benefit of young Algerian illegal immigrants by offering them assistance and help.

  

  • The program extends over the full year, as from next October to be followed by another four months, as an initial and evaluative phase of the initiative. This incentive program involves the training of 60 young male and female Algerian youngsters from different regions listed by the Ministry of  national Solidarity.
  • The Head of the Algerian Association “Loving the South” said she believes in the Algerian illegal immigrants and their abilities to work and develop their country unlike many officials and analysts who describe them as hopeless.
  • “I don’t agree with those who think the Algerian youngsters are hopeless, they are strong and want to live in peace and prosperity in their own country”, she added.
