A terrorist surrenders, as security forces dismantle a terrorist back-up cell east of Algiers
Algerian forces dismantled two terrorist back-up cells in both Medea, west of Algiers, and Biskra, south of Algeria, as 28 persons have been arrested and weapons and medical equipment were seized, including antibiotics and narcotics kind “morphineâ€, which are used in pain relief.
