AADL2 applicants will pay first part in May

The ADDL agency will ask applicants for housing projects to pay the first part starting from May as they will receive notices by mail said the ADDL’s general director Ilyes Ben Idir.

Applicants will pay 10 percent of the house value. For a three-room-house, they will have to pay 21 million centimes and 27 million centimes for a four-room-house.

More than 700,000 people applied for the AADL housing project including 173,150 applicants in Algiers.

“The AADL treated around 152,000 applications including 59,731 in the capital. A total of 64 computer engineers will be in charge of processing data before the end of the current month,” said Ben Idir.

Speaking about applicants for 2001 and 2002 projects, he added that first part payment notices delivery will finish in mid-April.

Earlier this year, the AADL agency launched works for more than 105,000 houses in 44 areas in 16 provinces. A total of 14 Algerian, Egyptian, Turkish and Chinese companies are in charge of those works.
