Abdelmadjid Tebboune: “No increase in “AADL 2″ houses' prices”
Minister of Housing and Urbanism, Abdelmajid Tebboune, announced on maintaining the prices that were approved in AADL 2 houses’ program, denying any increase in the price that was set at 270.000 ZDZ for the first part of the four rooms’ apartment, and 21 million for the three-room apartment.
Abdelmadjid Tebboune refuted the rumors on the relationship of Bouteflika’s Electoral campaign with the process, as he confirmed that his services are in full swing for the completion of the existing projects and the launching of future projects.
Tebboune asserted on Saturday, on the sidelines of the distribution of 3000 decisions to take advantage of AADL 1 program in Heraoua, Bash Djarrah, Ain Beniane and Ouled Fayet in (Algiers), that even if the prices of AADL 2 were higher than previously, given the come out of deals for completion, the state will cover through the Finance Ministry payment of the difference.
“The process of calling subscribers of AADL 2001 and 2002 will end before next 15 April, which is about to end, so that the process of calling AADL 2 subscribers will be called immediately afterwards”.
“108.000 housing units of AADL were launched at the national level, including 38.000 units in Algiers, and concerning the residential program “AADL- CNEP” containing 8700 houses lacked urban configuration”.
