African illegal immigrants cause financial damage to the Algerian flight company

The Algerian airlines company, Air Algérie, has to pay 5 thousand Euros to the French, Air France, as a compensation for each case of passports’ forgery discovered by the French services at the level of their airports.

• A reliable source from the Algerian company has indicated that the African nationals, who use state-of-the- art processes to slip through the Algerian screening equipment at the airports, are the main cause behind the company’s problems.

• The same source has further noted that these African nationals chose Algeria as a springboard towards the European territories, specifically France, because Air Algérie provides regular flights linking Algeria and a number of Sub- Saharan countries.

• These destinations comprise French speaking African countries like: Mali, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Niger and Burkinafasso.
