AH 2025 flight passengers witness horror in the sky

On June 18, the 150 passengers of the regular flight “Rome- Algiers” have miraculously survived a real catastrophe when the plane witnessed a sudden technical problem in the sky.

• Problems started when the flight AH 2025 registered a two hour delay as it was supposed that the departure time would be at 14H40 Rome’s local time to arrive at 15H30 Algiers time even though the checking procedures passed off very normally.
• A passenger told “Echourok” that the plane witnessed a sudden low of pressure inside the cabin after half an hour of  its departure from Rome, which led to the unfolding of the oxygen masks and a drastic loss of altitude by the plane that came down from 18 thousand meters to 3 thousands meters.
• The incident stirred panic among the passengers especially children for about 10 minutes, but the pilot and his crew took control over the aircraft and resorted to shift its direction to  Marseille airport because it was the nearest one.
• Another witness added that a group of doctors and psychologists moved to the plane soon after its landing to give assistance to the passengers who suffered from vertigos and other minor aches.
• In the face of this situation, the Algerian flight company’s manager based in Marseille did his best to reassure the passengers by putting at their disposal a cell phone to allow them contact their relatives in Algiers. But the passengers blamed him for not affording food especially for children.
