Air Algerie has 260 billion centimes budget deficit
CEO of Air Algerie Mohamed Abdou Bouderbala received the final balance sheet of 2015. It included a deficit of 2.6 billion DZ due to the fall of dinar value, according to its external auditor.
Echorouk has learnt that the financial deficit reached 260 billion centimes for the first time ever in the history of Air Algerie. Because of that, its CEO started seeking emergency solutions to reduce the difference between incomes and expenses. Commissions were set up to tighten the belt and optimize the budget.
Air Algerie also relies on new investments to inject more incomes, open air lines and expand the number of trips to Annaba, Constantine as well as Istanbul and France.
