Air Algérie To Promote Qualified, Marginalized Employees

An emergency corrective plan for the advancement of the company was prepared after adopting a new strategy for the general thrust, General Manager of Air Algérie, Allache Bekhouche, told Echorouk, on Monday.

“Partial movement that was conducted at the level of Air Algérie is due to the weakness of the collective results, prompting him to change frames that were actually marginalized and who worked hard in the rough for many years”.

“Air Algérie correction scheme was prepared after studying a comprehensive assessment of the company in the medium term 2013 – 2017, through which work is ongoing, in order to be able to see what has been accomplished within this scheme. Which will allow us to develop a road map that includes the objectives of public authorities and the guidance of the company’s frames that will be implemented by the new administration for the advancement of the company”.

In a related context, he asserted that the movement that was carried out by Air Algérie, is not resignations, that are part of the changes that occur at the level of any economic institution, and Air Algérie air is a public company with shares that require a change in the positions and responsibilities. 

“My recent movement is due to inadequate results of the collective toll, as other frames were appointed in the same company, after they suffered marginalization, despite their efficiency, and the results they have achieved at their level, without appreciation for their efforts. As such, it is necessary to give everyone the right to be promoted”.

“By supporting all Air Algerie company workers, they would do everything to honor the confidence of the public authorities and bring an addition to the company. Air Algérie does neither have external problems nor problems in the market or in its environment, and this is the basis for the airline. Our company faces several organizational problems, as there are frames with good level, good pilots, technicians, and mechanics, but at the level of governance there is no team, and we are working on this, especially as the company is currently facing financial difficulties and it devoted considerable investment to renew its fleet in order to repay all its debts.
