Al Saher and Samaha launch American tour

The famous Iraqi artist Kathem Al Saher and Lebanese artist Carole Samaha have launched their American tour in Chicago. The first live concert for the two artists was on May 22nd at the Horshoe Casino. Great numbers of people from the Arab community attended. Carole appeared in front of an audience that was longing to see her once again after her first performance there last year.

  • For an hour and 15 minutes Carole sang some of her greatest songs and made a special dedication to all Iraqis by singing some of the best Iraqi hits.
  • According to the London daily Elaph, as for the Iraqi singer, the audience started cheering him on ever since he went up on stage and they were as well longing to see him one more time since he canceled his last American tour last March, because of his mother’s sudden death. Al Saher managed to stun the audiences with his music and beautiful voice. He sang some of his greatest hits and brought back the great joy throughout the night.
  •  Both Carole and Al Saher’s concert had a humane message, where they had asked the audiences to donate money to the St. Jude hospital which is known for treating children with cancer. Al Saher and Carole then moved to Las Vegas where they sang at the Paris Casino and then headed to Sans Francisco.
