Algeria: Comeback of International Theatre Festival on October 14th

The head of the communication department in charge of the organization of the international theatre festival in Algeria Feth Nour Ben Ibrahim has told Echorouk that preparations are underway for the smooth holding of the second edition of this much-awaited world festival starting from the 14th of October 2010.

• He indicated in this respect that several renowned figures of the theatre and movie arenas hailing notably from Spain, France and Syria would be present in Algeria on the occasion of this major theatre festival which is eagerly awaited by all the theatre lovers.

• Among the distinguished guests of this festival, we cite Spanish Fernando Arbil and French Mancha who are regarded as major European writers, cinematographers and theatre figures with scores of  enlightening works to their credit.

• The upcoming international theatre festival will witness the participation of troupes from Europe, Africa and the Arab world in addition to several theatrical troupes from Algeria notably from the provinces of Bel Abbes, Skikda and Algiers.
