Algeria-Egypt play-off: 7,500 Algerian fans may go to Sudan

Algeria Air Algerie said Sunday it can transport up to 7,500 fans to Sudan where a play-off is expected to be hosted between Algeria and Egypt on November18.

• “Fans will get the match tickets and the visas for free following an instruction given by Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika,” Air Algerie’s CEO told a news conference.

• Earlier on Saturday, Egypt beat Algeria 2-0 leading to a play-off due to be hosted by Sudan to decide which of them will go to the World Cup.
