Algeria players spend calm day ahead of match

The Algerian football players spent the day of Saturday comfortably ahead of the qualifying match against Zambia due to be held on Sunday in Tchaker stadium in Blida (35 km west of Algiers).

  •  
  • The Greens avoided to talk about the match and preferred to go to bed. They moved to a stadium next to their hotel where they had their last training session.
  • The technical staff talked to some of the players shortly after the match between Rwanda and Egypt. Coach Rabeh Saadane told them qualification to the World Cup had not been decided yet. He stressed the necessity of winning the match against Zambia.
  • The Greens took Sahour meal together and avoided to talk about the match between Rwanda and Egypt. Many of them preferred to tell jokes to forget about the match.
  • They fell into a deep sleep. Most of them woke up after noon on the day after to avoid tiredness they may suffer from after the match against Zambia.
  • As soon as they got up, some of them preferred to listen to the Quran and some others stayed in their rooms.
