Algerian Authorities Evacuate The Journalist Chafik Khaouas From USA
Journalist Chafik Khaouas arrived on Saturday, after a distress call that he made to the Algerian authorities to evacuate him from the United States of America.
The authorities responded to the call of the journalist, Chafik Khaouas, who was suffering a critical health condition after he expressed his desire to return to Algeria to see his sick mother and his wife.
Chafik expressed his thanks to everyone who responded to his call, whether officials or Algerians who interacted with his case.
On the other hand, Chafik called for organizing exceptional flights to evacuate Algerians who are suffering from difficult circumstances in the USA.
Previously, a large campaign of solidarity with the journalist Chafik Khaouas was launched on Facebook especially by colleagues in media due to the difficult situation he suffered after a surgical operation in a sensitive organ of the body.
