Algerian coach Rabah Saadane to depart after the World Cup

Algerian head coach Rabah Saadane has declared to “Echourok” that he wanted to flee pressure and was seriously envisaging taking over the technical department after the World Cup, in case of qualification.

• “ I feel exhausted somehow though football has not an age limit, but I decided to move away from pressure after the World Cup, in case of qualification, and shift to the technical department”, he added.

• Rabah Saadane went on saying” I will return to my previous missions as a manager and put my experience to the service of the different national categories leaving ground to another coach after the world Cup, with God’s will”

• “Yes we are on the right track for the world Cup”

• Reacting to the Algerian fans’ dream to see their squad reaching the World Cup, the coach has indicated that the fans have to be patient and avoid celebrating the event before the qualification.

• “We are on the right lane towards the World Cup, but we have to move step by step in order to fulfil that dream”, he noted.

• Rabah Saadane also revealed that the last victory over Zambia was the result of a team’s effort starting with the Algerian Football Association that provided all means till the staff and the players.
