Algerian coach Saadane bets and wins

The Algerian Fennecs have retrieved their winning spirit and succeeded to wrench a precious victory over the Malian side in a decisive match where the Greens have showed a clear will to come back on track in this competition in their quality as one of the African ambassadors in the World Cup.

• Though slight changes have been made to the starting line-up in the match versus Mali in comparison with the first match, the Greens’ playing way has radically changed against the Malian side. The lack of coordination between the two players caused several deficiencies in the Greens’ defense. Saadane resorted to change the strategy and assigned Halliche and Bougherra to evolve in the axis while Zaoui was put on the bench replaced by the excellent Laifaoui.
