Algerian forces arrest a terrorist east of Algiers

Algerian forces arrested a terrorist last weekend in Ikourane, 48 km east of Tizi Ouzou, east of Algeria. 

• Identical sources from the region told Echorouk that the city of Ikourane noticed a large combing operation by the Algerian armed forces and hunt for three terrorists who sneak to the region in order to the eastern and south-eastern forests.

• Echorouk sources added the Algerian forces also encircled all the entrances and exists of the region and arrested a terrorist near the eastern exit of the city. The terrorists’ identity is still unknown.
