The new recruits are mainly the temporary teachers who will get conformed in their posts in various universities across the country. The number of candidates concerned by this measure has reached 3500 out of 5023 new posts.

The newly erected university of Tipaza, 70 KMS west of Algiers, with a capacity of 4000 seats will absorb the biggest number of teachers on account of the various specialities created out there like, the Archaeology Institute, Politics and International Relations, the Law institute, Commerce and Management and the law institute.
