Algerians To Benefit From DZD 1 Million Bank Loans

Security services reveal on the infiltration of extremist and terrorist groups to the Koranic schools in Oran (Western Algeria),the Religious Affairs and Endowments Minister, Mohamed Issa, said.

“Foreign organizations are trying to harm the national authority by releasing false reports that contain insulting religious institutions in Algeria”.
Mohammed Issa met with religious affairs directors on Saturday and revealed on the involvement of extremist organizations in the supply of some Koranic schools, with radical ideas in the opening of a religious facility in Oran (western Algeria).
“Security investigations made us aware of the existence of a school that opened on behalf of a sports and cultural association in Oran, which prompted our services to adopt a profound reform of the Koranic education system. We discovered an association that is active under the name of Kateb Yacine and is interested in teaching the Koran. At the same time, the “Damaj” curriculum, is known in Yemen as a school with a radical orientation”.
He talked about the impact of the international organizations reports, which aim to distort the image of Algeria.
He also called on the foreign ministry to intervene and stop these organizations, which communicate directly with citizens, and release false reports, which include insulting the national reference and religious institutions in Algeria.
“There must be communication with these international organizations within a diplomatic framework that is led by the Foreign Ministry so as not to exploit the information in the abuse of Algeria and its reputation”.
In a different context, the minister promised the return of Al Qard Al Hassan (good loans) by confirming his services desire in re-establishing these loans. Al-Qard Al Hassan has an open account with Al-Baraka Bank and we will raise it from 300.000 to 1.000.000 DZD”.
Concerning the procedures and preparations of Issa’s services for the holy month of Ramadan, the minister revealed on a special program that aimed at protecting the national authority and establishing it more in this holy month.
“We call upon the imams to be strong on the platforms and to accompany the institutions of the republic in combating speculation”.
“We must enter the culture of mercy and convince traders to reduce prices and call the benefactors of charity from contractors and companies, as they can open charity restaurants and rework this experience to be for the benefit of families”.
“A joint ministerial meeting will be chaired by the Prime Minister, Abdelmalek Sallal, to prepare for Ramadan, in order to coordinate with the security services in protecting the perimeter of the mosque from exploiters. No for the exploitation of the spaces that are adjacent to the mosque, only with a license from the security services”.
Issa acknowledged the mismanagement of the Awqaf property, saying: “This is being done in a backward manner and a bureaucratic mentality”, calling for the adoption of the “modern methods” in the management of such properties as “what is the practice in some Muslim countries”.
