Ali Benflis: “I will make a request for my party's accreditation”

Ali Benflis announced that he will fill a request for the Interior Ministry, in the coming days, for an accreditation in the political framework, which will be activated in the political arena.

“Since days, I attended along with adherents the preparation for this project”, he added.
Contrary to what was expected by observers and the possibility of the return of the candidate for the presidential elections of 2014, Ali Benflis, to his home as he did in 2004, he responded; “I decide to continue the political struggle for the embodiment of his project for  national renewal, which I called for during the Presidential Elections, through returning with a political framework”.
Candidate who won the second place with a total votes of 1,244,000 votes, asserted that he does not recognize the outcome of elections, given the violations that marred the event, and the fraud in the electoral process.
“We began on Saturday in the first consultations with our political partners who have supported us throughout the campaign, including heads of political parties and civil society organizations, to provide a political project, in the presence of a number of national figures,( which refused to announce on their names to the press), and who attended the closed-door meeting, which took place at the second headquarters of Benflis office, to check out the project”.
According to Echorouk information, Benflis received on the eve of the announcement on the elections’ final results, a call from the head of the Movement of Society for Peace, Abderrazak Mokri, that Benflis published a message on his facebook page, confirming that he has been subjected to injustice in the elections.
In this context, Echorouk asked Benflis about the party’s position and whether it will enter the line of opposition or will work with the parties that are active in the context, such as the Group of Twenty, and he said; “After the establishment of this organization, we will open dialogue with all the political class, starting from the opposition through to reach all those who want to build a truly democratic Algeria.
