Armed forces eliminate two terrorists and arrest a third east of Algiers

Informed sources told Echorouk that the Algerian armed forces of Boumerdes, east of Algiers, eliminated last week end two terrorists, arrested a third and retrieved their Kalashnikovs. 

• The process was proceeded by a combing operation in the region of Timezrite, the border area with Tizi Ouzou, east of Algiers, where they besieged the area and threw tear gas in a cache to remove the terrorists who have been sheltering there. Despite repeated calls to surrender the terrorists refused to comply, with the exception of one terrorist who surrendered carrying his weapon.
• The other terrorists tried to escape from a near exit; however the armed forces chased them and killed two of them, while two others fled to an unknown destination, believed to be near to the region.
