Barack Obama honors an Algerian student in Texas

US president Barack Obama rewarded the Algerian student, native of the province of Ghardaia (southern Algeria) Hosseim Djaadi, giving him the highest distinction for excelling at passing his exams with flying colors in one of the education institutions of Houston, Texas.

• The prodigy’s family here in Ghardaia has declared that Hosseim hit all the records during the exams especially in Mathematics and Physics to a point that his teachers stood in awe and praised his genius that propelled him to the summit taking the lead in the state of Texas.

• Barack Obama along with the Texas education secretary has signed the certificate which is given to the most successful students, acknowledging thus Hosseim Djaadi’s merits. This distinction, according to his father, translates the authorities’ great concern for this category of students.

• One of the relatives has revealed to “Echourok” that Hosseim’s father, Younes Djaadi was also a brilliant student at the University of Boumerdes, Algeria, and was first in the year group, which enabled him to get a scholarship in Canada to prepare a Master, then moved to the US and where he held a PHD in electronics.
