Security forces intervene to stop the clashes between clients and workers everyday in the unit of distributing cement in Beraki, Algiers.

• Queues begin after Al Fajr prayer times, everyone tried to arrive before the others for shipment, everyone protested because his file was rejected. These are the working conditions of the cement companies, because of the pressure caused by the sudden rise of demand in the national market.

• The large number of customers demanding more and more cement created a catastrophic situation and reality in the cement factories, and every customer whose file was rejected started shouting and causing trouble in the company.

• In order to inspect all these problems, Echorouk went to the National Company for Distributing the Industrial Cement, where it was received by its general manager Deghim Ben Alia, who said, “ The company to conduct the state’s shares sent instructions to all the distribution units and cement factories ordering them to contact the department of trade registers in order to ensure all the companies trade registers are not counterfeited and to address the speculation in this product, after discovering that there are large companies that deposit fake documents to get large quantities of cement”.

• “There are many contractors who apply several applications in many cement companies in order to get as larger quantities of cement as possible and sell them in the black market, which obliged government to prepare new instructions to organize the process of distributing cement in Algeria”, he added.
