Bees sting 17 people in Algeria
A total of 17 people were stung by bees on Sunday in the province of Khenchla (east of Algiers). Four of them are in critical conditions.

Bees stung the victims as they were out of their cells. Some of the hurt people were seriously injured in their eyes and hands.

Zineddine, 33, says he was stung when he was coming back from his mother’s tomb on car. The bees attacked him causing injuries in his eyes. He run away and plunged in a water dam. He was taken to hospital where doctors said he was in a critical state.

Bessaleh, 56, a beekeeper, was carrying bees in his car but one of the boxes was opened. The bees stung him causing serious injuries in all his body.
