Algerian government intends to consult one of the important elements in determining the definition of the small and medium-sized enterprises, as determining the value of the capital and the turnover of the small and medium enterprises, in a step toward the generalization of the access to facilities and incentive measures adopted by the government within the supplementary Finance Act 2009, thus allowing the process of reviewing the value of the capital of these enterprises and their turnover through expanding their number, Moustafa Ben Bada, the Minister of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Traditional Industries says.

• “The change in a range of economic factors, dictates the need to review the capitals of these enterprises estimated at two billion dinars”, he adds.

• “Reviewing the value of the capitals and the turnover of the small and medium-sized enterprises will allow the expansion of their number, thus completing the path which formed directions of the president Bouteflika which he cited during the hearing session devoted to the sector on September 27, 2008”.
