Ben Bada: ''World Trade Organization (WTO) will not force Algeria to deal with Israel''

Works of Parliament turned on Wednesday to verbal altercations between the Trade Minister Moustapha Ben Bada, and head of the Parliamentary Group of the Labour Party Djoudi Djalloul, who refused to describe his intervention on Algeria’s accession to the World Trade Organization as uproar.

Minister of trade was forced to re-explain the path of negotiation to join the organization, which was launched in 1998, and stopped in 2008, as Algeria decided recently to return to negotiations, saying: “This is not quick” and wondered how can 159 countries join the organization devoid of sovereignty, saying that the political ideology of the labour Party, and he intended communist or leftist thought, exist in the organization, Through the enrollment China, Vietnam, Russia and Cuba, the last fortresses of communism, explaining that the organization is not a free trade zone, and have bases in doing business, including transparency, fairness, and thanks to it monopoly of barons to certain products was eliminated, adding that Algeria can also pull out from it, whenever it wants, as well as the impossibility of forcing it to deal with the Israeli entity, saying: ”we walk to the Organization in all sovereignty, and trade ministry lookout for Israeli products, with evidence that it prevented the entery of goods which contain information in Hebrew.
