Candidate to the Presidential Elections of April 17, Ali Ben Nouari, former Prime Minister and free candidate, Ali Benflis, is the responsibility of the latter to the open letter that was addressed to the U.S. President Barack Obama and the head of the United Nations Ben Ki-moon calling on them explicitly to interfere in the internal affairs of Algeria, and which he described as the personal initiative in that is not related to those who support him the elections.

Ben Nuari said in a new message, that the campaign that ks waged by some of the media, came to serve an agenda of the ruling mafia, asserting that they are trying to distort the content of his message to eliminate him as they have done in the past.”
“The first target of this campaign that was waged by some of the media and political parties, is Ali Benflis who I decided to support. Mafia which is governing the country is well aware that the candidate Benflis is a threat to them and he will win in the elections, which began to smell a failure which led to the confusion, and went to scare the Algerian people that I call for foreign intervention .”
“Purpose of his letter is to sensitize the international community to the need denounce fraud if taking the necessary action regarding the ruling gang and preventing them from escaping and freezing people’s stolen money, and this is the lower procedure that must be done against the coup.”
“Algerian people do not need to ask the help from neither America nor other countries, but thanks to his experience and his prowess, he will know how to get rid peacefully of this internal authoritarian enemy.”
In response to comments by Ben Nauari, the retired Brigadier Mohammad Ouday, head of the National Organization for Retirees and those with rights to the Army, said; ” The messages of Ben Nouari, that were directed to Obama and Ban Ki-moon and European Commission President, Manuel Duao Barroso, in one day, are very dangerous because they carry a request of intervention in the internal affairs of Algeria. We do not and will not accept it at all.”
“Ben Nouari compared the situation in Algeria with Aleppo in Syria, which turned into a ghost town, or Iraq or Afghanistan, saying that the Presidential Elections will take place in the normal manner.”
For his part, former president of the Algerian League for Human Rights Boudjamaa Ghashir, told Echorouk, on the level of development of international relations, it is now possible to resort to some of the influencing forces to pressure in order to ensure some action with respect to the electoral and democratic processes, particularly as the world has become a small village with reciprocal influences, especially from the great powers on other peoples.
“If Ben Nauari aims only to ensure a successful electoral process and the democratic process, it is not considered a request for foreign intervention in internal affairs, and the proof is that the political struggle in itself required control U.S. bodies, that belong to the U.S. State Department, and also asks the European Union to attend as observer of the elections.”
“But if Ben Nouari’s intention is demanding direct intervention in the political process and get on the decisions of the United Nations, this unreasonable, because Algeria regardless of the reservations of some people, it noticed a democratic mobility that grows steadily and therefore the Algerians do not need foreign intervention in order to change the system, but are demanding not only recommend the system”.
