Benflis: Counterfeiters will face a hard defeat

Free candidate of April 17 Presidential Elections, Ali Benflis, increased his tone in addressing his supporters, in an election campaign that seems to be too early, without ruling out a hard defeat against his rivals in the electoral race, and vowed that he will spare no effort in order to respect the will of Algerian people, and “Counterfeiters against the will of Algerians.”

Former Prime Minister, asked women, on Saturday, at his office in Ben Aknoun, to support him in the coming elections and contribute to foil attempts of fraud through strong participation in the elections and monitoring the vote, calling them to raise the stakes of development, and considered that supporting him is in furtherance of his insistence to stand in front of what he called “maneuvers of despicable fraud” that surrounds the course of elections.

“We should be determined against the electoral fraud that must be more than just condemning the violation of the people’s will, to become a recruitment against landslides that affect every aspect of the political life in the country.

Media asked Benflis on the sidelines of the meeting, whether his statements concerning fraud is related to his fears of the expected results, particularly as he competes the President Bouteflika, and he said; “I have never been afraid and I always defended democracy. I call upon citizens to go to the polls strongly and protect their voices by controlling the electoral process. I have a program that “does not represent a real ambition for the country, but also constitutes a solid bulwark for the protection of women and defending it.
