In response to Echorouk question about the cases that were recorded in Ghardaia, Boudiaf said; “The results of the investigation in the cases of Malaria in this state, confirmed that they are imported and that there are special circumstances in this region which enabled the spread of mosquitoes causing Malaria, and the Ministry of Health in coordination with other ministries have taken the necessary measures to combat this disease”, referring to the need to clean surroundings of hospitals to avoid the emergence of diseases such as malaria, with the trapping of any potential cases for this disease, which has become transmitted because of mosquitoes from an infected person to a healthy person, which makes it a real danger that threatens the health of people, especially in the isolated areas, where there are large swamps.
“Health experts from Pasteur Institute and Scientists of viruses are in the emergency cell that is developed by the ministry”.
