No jihad in Algeria

Cheikh El Khalili did mention Al-Qaeda in his letter and denied all the terrorist attacks. He implicitly confirmed that terrorists in Algeria target civilians and Muslims, which is illegal in religion.

“This letter comes in view of Islamic brotherhood ties which make Islam’s nation unified.”
