Company’s personnel involved in terrorist activities

Tizi Ouzou (100 kms east of Algiers) security services started in-depth investigations alongside the services of the Algerian energy company “Sonelgaz” with the view to identifying the individuals who proceeded to the supply with electricity terrorist hideouts in the region, reliable sources revealed to Echorouk.

• The investigation was launched soon after a combing operation carried out by the army troops in several terrorist strongholds located in the shaggy forest regions of Beni Douala. The operation wound up with the discovery of several caches equipped with electricity.
• Our sources revealed that the way the caches were connected to a nearby electricity pole raised questions as to the identity of the people who did the job.
• For their part, the company’s managers showed complete readiness to help the investigators identifying the culprits.
