Customs seize five containers of illegal products in Algiers port

Customs of Algiers port seized, Tuesday evening, a weapon and a quantity of war ammunition which were owned by a passenger who came from Marseille on board of the “Mediteraneo”, security sources told Echorouk. 

• The passenger was transferred to investigation.

• Customs also seized 5 containers of cigarettes and fake spare parts which were estimated to 13.000 million dinars.

• The same sources also told Echorouk that strict inspection and control that were imposed by the customs resulted in seizing containers coming from China and Marseille, France, liberating the fine of 22.000 million dinars.
