The rector of the oldest institution representing Islam in France sponsored by Algeria, Dalil Boubaker, opposed, again, Algeria’s positions through listing Israel’s qualities “I admire Israel as a state that has great potential thanks to its population’s intelligence”.

Dalil Boubaker promised to visit Israel soon after he received many invitations, “I’m expected to convince my group, as a rector, that this visit is very important”.
