Echoroukonline comments denounce the scourge of terrorism

Comments posted on Echoroukonline.com on the story about the latest terrorist attack carried out in eastern Algeria wich claimed the lives of 24 valourous Gendarmes showed that the Algerian people realise and strongly denounce the truth of the terrorism plague.

• Nassim Lakehal, Chief Editor of Echoroukonline said the strory was read by more than 60,000 visitors and was commented by 1,800 people from different provinces of Algeria and even from abroad.  “All of them said NO to terrorism.”
• Many comments said “the real moujahideen are in Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq while the massacre has nothing to do with Islam.”
• The so-called the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC) posts statements on the Internet to say it does not target civilians. Yet, most of the comments say all the policemen are Algerians. “We are all brothers including gendarmes, soldiers and policemen. All of them belong to the beloved country.”
• Other comments say “the massacre reinforces the resolve of the Algerian security forces to eradicate terrorism roots.”
• Others contain advices to terrorists to stop their acts. “It is enough…let’s remember the Judgment Day.”
• Some comments described terrorists as pigs. “Damn all who support them.”
• Abu Muhamed called for taking to the street to denounce the massacre.
• He criticised the silence of the political parties “as they do not care about our sons. “We pray Allah to protect us from Islam enemies and fear.”
• An officer posted a comment saying the terrorists are no more than bandits and enemies of Islam. “We have arrested many of them. They are very scared of the Algerian army.”
• He described them as cowardly, adding that they were behind  the undermining of national development infrastructures. “They are trying to prevent foreign investments from achieving important economic projects in Algeria.”
• “The terrorist hordes are afraid of Algeria’s Gendarmerie especially soldiers from the army. Keep up your fight against these cowards. You have just to be careful and vigilant.”
