Echourok blows up the Egyptian media at home.

Despite a large campaign of defamation launched by the Egyptian media in various satellite channels against the Algerian people, their voices fell on deaf ears in comparison with Echourok’s reporters moderate and objective intervention in some neutral Arab and Western channels where they took off the veil on the Egyptian masquerade.

• The intervention of the newspaper’s Director General, his editors in chief and the other journalists was characterized by acuteness and straight to the point, deprived of chauvinism. The Algerian version of facts was much more realistic than the allegations spread by the Egyptian media figures such as Al Ghandour, Chalabi and even Choubir who made a U-Turn that surprised even his fellow citizens.

• For instance, the Director General Ali Fodhil has intervened in various Arab satellite channels like Abu Dhabi, Al Jazeera, Medisat1 and Al Hurra that contacted him in a bid to have his own version of facts and the latest news.

• The editor in chief, Mohammed Yaakoubi has become a real star in Egypt through his various interventions in several satellite programs where he had to give the other version of facts as opposed to the one forwarded by the Egyptian media.
