Echourok pays homage to the Sudanese president Omar Al Bachir

Echourok newspaper’s Director General has offered the “Knights’ Burnous” (cap) for the Sudanese president Omar Al Bachir that was received by his personal representative Mohammed Abdel Aal, as a gesture of gratitude on behalf of the Algerian people and government alike for succeeding, with flying colors, to host the play-off match that opposed Algeria to Egypt in Khartoum.

• For his part, Omar Al Bachir’s spokesman has thanked the Algerian people for all the messages of sympathy they have expressed in the direction of their Sudanese counterpart “ I’m seizing this opportunity to express on behalf of the Sudanese people my highest considerations to all those who contributed for the success of Echourok newspaper which proved that it was the most influential print media on the local and regional scene, we feel lucky to posses a satellite channel called “Echourok” to enlighten us here an there”.
