A report that was prepared by the National Council of the Independent Secondary and Technical School Teachers shows that the current school year is the most turbulent pedagogically, blaming the Education Ministry of the rot situation because of taking long time to address the problems, which resulted in a strike of four full weeks last month, and protests of pupils to demand the threshold by vandalism.

National Secretary in charge of Information and Communication at the National Council of the Independent Secondary and Technical Schools’ Teachers, Messaoud Boudiba, told Echorouk, that the CNAPEST report highlighted the negative things and other positive characteristics of the school year, which will end after 45 days.
“CNAPEST already warned, since a long time of the access to complex situations, and it comes to last October and February strikes. It also called for the need to introduce the concerns that were filed and problems that were raised seriously, while it also warned of the policy to escape forward and overcome the policy of lecturers that are officially signed, but the representatives of the ministry were unfortunately satisfied looking at things superficially”.
According to the report, the teachers managed, during the first four months, from compensating hours and lost quotas due to the strike of October, which lasted 16 days, but for the second four months, it was anarchic, because of the four weeks strike, and despite the sensitivity of the situation, the ministry began to put off solving problems, by creating unrest and fear among the public opinion, as well as the negative actions of some representatives of parents, as they pushed to the septic conditions more than easing them, by pushing pupils to exploit the situation by going out into the street and resort to crushing and sabotage to ask for the threshold.
