Egypt postpones match tickets until last 24 hours
Algeria’s Ambassador in Egypt Abdelkader Hedjar
Algeria’s ambassador in Egypt Abdelkader Hedjar said the Egyptian government will not deliver tickets only within 24 hours before the November 14 qualifying match against Algeria in order to avoid seeing them sold in the black market.
-
“I will contact the head of the Algerian Football Federation Mohamed Raouraoua in the next few hours to talk about tickets,” the ambassador told Echorouk on the phone.
-
-
“Some Algerian people living in Europe want to come to Egypt for the match,” he added.
-
-
He also said the tickets may be delivered along with plane tickets at travel agencies.
-
-
Egypt fixed the number of tickets for Algeria at 2500.
-
-
“Most of the Algerian people living in Egypt are students. They were told to buy tickets from ticket offices like Egyptian fans.”
-
-
Tickets for the Algerian students are not part of the 2500-ticket-share of Algeria.
