Employment minister: the current salary increases are not the last

The Algerian minister of employment and social security, Tayeb Louh has declared that the salary increase destined for civil servants will not be a complete and has to be followed by additional ones within the coming few months.

Talking yesterday on a radio program, M Louh announced that the government has resorted to speed up the measures as a first step to increase the employees’ salaries and submit the project to the government for approval.

He went on saying that the new salary scale aim to improve the civil servants’ life conditions taking into account their background and experience.
