Energy Minister, Salah Khebri: “We'll Implement The Law On The Fleeing Oil Companies”

Energy Minister, Saleh Khebri, said the departure of some workers of oil companies, including BP did not happened for Sonatrach.

He added that it would not beg any company to return, and anyone who wants to work in Algeria, will be helped by the government and those who refuse this, is free and will undergo to the the law.

“Government does not need  BP or other companies. These oil companies exist strongly in the global market. Companies which want to leave, Algerian doors are open to them, and the law will be applied, and the government will not accept any blackmail and would not let to put its neck at the mercy of foreign companies.”
