Fabricating Ghezzar’s Case to Cover Up the Crime of France’s Chief Rabbi

The uproar that the Zionist lobby in France, in coordination with the Moroccan regime, has created against the Algerian journalist, Mehdi Ghezzar, aims to cover up a bigger and more dangerous case in France, related to accusations against the Chief Rabbi of France, Haim Korsia, of praising the heinous crimes of the vicious and brutal Zionist occupation in the Gaza Strip.

The issue is growing day by day, after Algerian activists and French deputies decided to file a lawsuit against this chief rabbi who tried to justify the war of extermination that the Palestinian people are subjected to daily by the Zionist war machine in the Gaza Strip, in his statements on the French news channel “BFM TV”, he described what is happening as mere “a fact of war”.

This is happening at a time when the Algerian journalist, Mehdi Ghezzar, is being subjected to a concentrated campaign coordinated between the Moroccan regime represented by the “Lawyers’ Club” and the Zionist lobby, on a non-existent charge of “anti-Semitism”, simply because the journalist spoke about incidents that occur daily in the Kingdom of the “Commander of the Faithful”, such as the crimes of kids’ abduction and rape, the legalization of drug sales and morally corrupt behaviours, as well as King Mohammed VI’s decisions to prevent the Moroccan people from organizing protests to support the Palestinians, at the behest of his Zionist advisor, André Azoulay.

This fall of a Zionist rabbi residing in France did not go unnoticed by many politicians and activists in France. Both the MP of the France Insoumise party, Aymeric Caron, and the Algerian Abdallah Zekri, head of the Observatory for the Fight against Islamophobia and vice president of the Council of the Muslim Faith in France, decided to file a lawsuit against Korsia because of his praise for the war of genocide and crimes against humanity committed against the Palestinian people.

“The masks have fallen so much in recent months. Chief Rabbi Haim Korsia calmly declares that he supports the ongoing genocide in Gaza, that it is deserved, and lets his hatred of the Palestinians, whose flag he claims is shocking to show, be understood”, wrote MP Aymeric Caron on his X account, commenting on the statements of the French Chief Rabbi.

“Apology for war crimes and crimes against humanity. These are offences punishable by law. Will he, like some people who defend the rights of Palestinians, be summoned by the courts? (Ah, and of course anti-Semitism in France is the fault of those who denounce the genocide)”, he added.

Following Haim Korsia’s statements, MP Aymeric Caron decided to resort to judicial authorities to hold him accountable: “Based on Article 40 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I contacted the Paris general prosecutor to report these comments made by the Chief Rabbi of France, which openly call for war crimes in the Gaza Strip”, on the same social network, Caron announced.

Abdallah Zekri, president of the Observatory for the Fight Against Islamophobia in France, has also decided to file a lawsuit against the Zionist rabbi, Haim Karsia, on charges of praising war crimes and crimes against humanity, noting that what he heard from this rabbi on the BFMTV channel was a “profoundly shock”.

“Despite the journalist’s many remarks to the rabbi, he didn’t show any empathy for the innocent civilian victims, especially the thousands of Palestinian kids who are amputated every day without anaesthesia, and orphaned, terrorized, abandoned, starved, displaced and massacred indiscriminately by the Israeli armed forces,” Zekri said in a statement.

“The Chief Rabbi does not even feel uncomfortable with the massacres in Gaza which nevertheless shake humanity and which are unanimously condemned by international NGOs and many States in the world, including allies of Israel, including France,” underlined Abdallah Zekri, in a press release.

The Vice President of the French Council of the Muslim Faith expressed surprise by the harmony between the statements of the Chief Rabbi and senior Zionist officials: “The Chief Rabbi calls for the job to be finished, using the expression of Benjamin Netanyahu and Itamar Ben-Gvir on his account.”

Zekri rejects the idea that such words would come from a religious leader, who seeks to justify such crimes against humanity in a way that serves the political interests of the Zionist entity in light of the international isolation it has been suffering from for months.

“These chilling and undiscerning remarks are, to say the least, not up to the standard of a religious leader. The flagrant, assumed and repeated violations, not only of the very foundations of monotheistic religions, which enshrine the fundamental nature of the preservation of human life but also of international standards and conventions, including humanitarian law and the rights of the child, lead to unspeakable atrocities and war crimes that are anything but acts of war, as the Chief Rabbi seems to want to minimize them,” noted Abdallah Zekri.

In 2022 rabbi Haim Korsia tried to visit Algeria (he was born in Oran, western Algeria), as part of the delegation of French President Emmanuel Macron. However, his name was dropped at the last minute due to his infection with the Coronavirus, while sources spoke of Algeria’s refusal to receive him and that his illness was just a pretext.
