FLN expresses anger over “hidden interference”

Algeria’s FLN party expressed dissatisfaction over the « hidden interference », saying it is still attached to the « popular command represented in Secretary General Amar Saadani.

In a release, the party said media and social media report positions and statements made by people who have nothing to do with the FLN.

Speaking indirectly about Abderrahmane Belayat and the FLN’s former leader Abdelaziz Belkhadem, the release said some people like being active only when they hold senior positions.

Earlier, Belkhadem posted a letter on Facebook, calling for “liberating the party from Amar Saadani.”

The FLN party said its members will face any attempt to hit Algeria’s stability. They renewed “absolute trust” in Saadani.
