FM Messahel To Represent President Of The Republic, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, At Davos Forum
Foreign Affairs Minister, Abdelkader Messahel, is slated to take part in the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, on Tuesday as the representative of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
“Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel, the representative of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, will attend the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos-Klosters (Switzerland) on January 22, 2019,” an official statement said.
In his capacity as a lecturer, the Minister of Foreign Affairs will hold a session entitled “Peace and National Reconciliation”, organized by the Forum, which will expound the “telling Algerian experience in this field, with on focus the successful policy of national reconciliation initiated by President Abdelaziz Bouteflika.”
“The 49th edition of the Davos Forum is an important annual meeting aimed at contributing to the preparation of the international agenda on political, economic, social, cultural and international peace and security issues,” the statement added.
