The former minister of communication Abdelaziz Rehabbi considers that the absence of a genuine political volition stands behind the failure of the promised political reforms” I could be right if I say that the slow motion of the political reforms is done on purpose, the decision makers in the country look forward for a set back in the neighbouring countries in a move to frighten their own people inside”.
