The same sources reported that the Algerians who were released are two women from Annaba and Tebessa, east of Algeria and two men from Batna, also east of Algeria, and Tougourt, south of Algeria, while over fifty Algerian detainees are waiting for the application of the measures to reduce the punishment that was passed by the Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi in 2007 about death, life prison and amputation of the hand, as the penalty went below that punishment.
