French Endowment Associations Call On Dalil Boubakeur To Continue His Mission

The French Islamic Affairs and Awqaf (Endowments) Associations with the Algerian consensus called on Dalil Boubakeur, Dean of the Grand Mosque of Paris, to continue his duties and preserve the gains that were made by the Paris Grand Mosque.

In this context, a statement that was issued by the French Islamic Affairs and Awqaf (Endowments) Associations, which copy is available to Echorouk, said that a general assembly was held on February 2, 2019, at the Grand Mosque of Paris, headed by Dr. Dalil Boubaker.

“After reading the financial and literary reports in the presence of the governor of the accounts, the associations expressed their full satisfaction with the steps that were taken by Dalil Boubakeur in 2018”.

“Members of the General Assembly unanimously recognized the role of Boubakeur as a source of reassurance and experience, especially as he is of great importance during this sensitive period of the organization of Islam in France, and will maintain and reinforce the pivotal role of the Paris Grand Mosque in representing Muslims in France”.

“We recall that the role of Dr. Dalil Boubakeur, the source of confirmation and experience, is the most important in this critical period of the organization of Islam, and through his understanding and his large experience, he will preserve the great central role of the Paris Mosque in representing Muslims”.

Members of the General Assembly of the Islamic Affairs and Endowments in France unanimously urged the dean Dalil Boubakeur to continue his high mission to protect the gains of the Paris Mosque, both through his religious messages and through his positions that are defending the interests of Muslims.
