French Intelligence Services classify “Belmokhtar” as most dangerous terrorist in the world

French intelligence services classified Wednesday, the ring-leader of the terrorist organization “Mourabitoune,” Mokhtar Belmokhtar, known by his nickname “Belaouar”, as one of the 17 most dangerous terrorists in the world, according to leaks secured by French news websites on the basis of secret documents compiled by the French Directorate of Military Intelligence.

According to media references, it was reported that “Belaouar” known as the “Desert Fox”, and who is wanted by intelligence services of several Arab and Western countries, is dubbed as among the most dangerous terrorists in the world as part of a seventeen-man list, according to the 2014 rankings drafted by French officers in the Military Intelligence Service.

Terrorist  leader Mokhtar Belmokhtar, founded several nefarious terrorist groups including the self-proclaimed “El Mourabitoune”, “Ansar al-Din” and “Tawhid and Jihad” now strongly active in the sahara desert and in the Sahel countries, and all these armed terrorist organizations are loyal to the so-called “Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb”.

The same source also noted that wanted terrorist chieftain Belmokhtar was the mastermind of the kidnapping of seven foreign workers from the “Areva” and “Satem” companies in the Arlit region in Niger in 2010.
